Here's the first episode of Joan Rivers's new web series In Bed with Joan, which just debuted today. The premise of the show is pretty self-explanatory – it's Joan Rivers having a half-hour chat with a different guest each week. The premiere's guest is Sarah Silverman. In Bed with Joan is like Jerry Seinfeld's Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, only if it took place in a bed and Jerry Seinfeld allowed female guests.
